  • Combine the milk, cinnamon stick, cloves, allspice, and nutmeg in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occsionally. Pour the tea into the saucepan and stir all of the ingredients until they are mixed together. Strain this mixture into a cup. If desired, add sugar and top with ground nutmeg.
