Orange and Mango Breakfast Smoothie

Nice, thick and nutritious. Makes one.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup mango, diced (fresh or frozen)
  • 14 cup orange juice
  • 1 14 cups milk (I use 2%) or 1 14 cups soymilk (I use 2%)
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 14 cup crushed ice


  1. Blend all ingredients in blender and enjoy!

Delicious! I did not bother with the sugar, but the end result tasted liked a yummy Creamsicle. I have made this 3 mornings in a row now (but finally ran out of mango). Thanks for posting this one. Made for ZWT5 by a Groovy GastroGnome.

Not bad smoothie. Good combo of mango and orange but I felt the sugar wasn't needed. I always put wheat germ in my smoothies and added some frozen mango as well so I could skip the ice cubes and yogurt instead of milk. Thanks. Made for ZWT 5.
