ingredients
- 6 medium navel oranges, peeled, sectioned, diced small
- 354.88 ml jicama, peeled, diced small
- 59.14 ml sweet onion, diced small
- 59.14 ml red bell pepper, diced small
- 2 green onions, sliced thin
- 44.37 ml fresh cilantro, minced
- 14.79 ml fresh lime juice
- 9.85 ml green chilies, drained, diced small (from a can)
- 2.46 ml granulated sugar
- 0.61 ml lemon pepper
directions
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, then cover & chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with large corn scoops or tortilla chips, & refrigerate leftovers.
