- 1 orange, pared and sectioned
- 1 grapefruit, pared and sectioned
- crisp salad green
- 1⁄4 cup currant jelly or 1⁄4 cup cranberry jelly
- 2 tablespoons oil-and-vinegar dressing
- 2 maraschino cherries
- Arrange orange and grapefruit sections in pinwheel design on salad greens.
- Beat jelly and dressing until smooth, spoon over.
- Garnish with maraschino cherry if desired.
