I made it without the sauce cause when I made it I though I had marmalade but I didn't :( The pork tenderloin was in the marinade for 48 hours. The marinade gave a nice taste to the pork, but next time we'll slice the pork and then put it in the marinade to have more flavors. Thanks Stephanie :) Made for TYM tag game

Made for Family Picks ZWT4 – Wonderful orange marinade, and sauce. Since we often make Pork tenderloin, we are always looking for new recipes, for this wonderful low fat and tender meat. This was just marvellous. Served with Recipe #257381. We truly enjoyed this. Just the right mix of sweet and tangy. Thanks for sharing Cookiedog.

Excellent. Moist and tender and so flavorful. A company quality meal. The orange and ginger sauce so good - we had no leftovers with this one! Made as posted and definitely make again.

5 stars just isn't enough--you deserve more! Made for ZWT Family Picks and it was absolutely our favorite. Followed the recipe to the "T" -- cutting it in half for just the two of us. Used the left overs for stir fry and was PERFECT! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe!

Made this for company. I added minced garlic to the marinade.I also thickened the sauce with a cornstarch slurry because I thought it was too thin. Everyone loved it. Next time I might add a small amount of red pepper to give it a heat dimension, but was good as is.

I served this to family and guests for dinner, everyone loved it! I added 2 cloves of garlic to the marinade and roasted the tenderloins in the oven. The Orange and Ginger Sauce is wonderful, full of flavour! I was nibbling on some of the leftover pork today and the orange flavour in the meat was deeeelicious. Thanks for a great recipe Cookiedog.

delicious! i added some garlic and marinated the tenderloins overnight. too cold to grill here so i roasted them at 450 in the oven 15 minutes, turned over, added some sauce and roasted an additional 15 minutes. very tender with great flavor.
