Found on To make an easy elderflower syrup: Place 2 cups water and 1 cup sugar in a sauce pan. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly to dissolve the sugars. Remove from heat, add one sprig of elderflowers and let sit ten minutes to infuse. Strain, discard solids, and allow syrup to cool completely. This will be more than is needed for this beverage. Use the remaining syrup in other recipes.
