  • BROWNIE LAYER: Preheat oven to 350*F.
  • Melt the chocolate chips over low heat; cool slightly.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until well combined.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla; blend well.
  • Stir in the melted chocolate.
  • Combine the flour and baking soda; add to chocolate mixture just until combined.
  • Gently stir in the white chocolate chips.
  • Spread batter in a greased 13x9" baking pan; bake for 16-22 minutes, or until a toothpick tests out clean.
  • Cool on a wire rack.
  • COOKIE DOUGH LAYER: In a clean bowl, cream together the butter and both sugars until well combined.
  • Blend in the milk and vanilla; gradually add the flour.
  • Gently stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Drop by Tbsp.
  • over the cooled brownie layer; carefully spread over the top.
  • Cut into squares; store, covered, in the refrigerator.
