Two week detox, two days before
- 1 teaspoon basil, freshfinely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, finely chopped flat-leaved
- 1 tablespoon ricotta cheese
- 1 slice rye bread
- 10 g rocket
- 90 g tomatoes
- 65 g lebanese cucumbers, sliced thinly
- 1 tablespoon alfalfa sprout
- Combine herbs and cheese in small bowl.
- Spread cheese mixture on bread and top with remaining ingredients.
