Why break your nails to open the hard ones? Not anymore!! A blunt knife is needed but would not add to the ingredients list. (Like a butter knife) I got the idea from http://www.instructables.com
- Take the blunt knife and stick it into the end of the partially opened pistachio.
- Twist the knife like you would turn a screwdriver.
- Savor the morsel that was previously unreachable by humankind.… LOL.
Simple and efficient!When in Iran ,I hated it when people were breaking them with their teeth!
This worked like a charm! No more nail breaking...
