I love pound cake, cream cheese and raspberry jam. This is so easy and tastes wonderful on that left-over cake!
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 4 slices poundcake (3/4-inch thick)
- 2 ounces seedless raspberry jam
- Spread cream cheese on each of 4 pound cake slices.
- Spread raspberry jam over cream cheese. Serve immediately.
