While money may not buy happiness, this may be the next best thing. Made for PRMR Holiday Special.

Great sandwich to add to my repotoire! Kids didn't care for them, but I sure did!

These were very good for a quick no-fuss supper. I had no green onions, so I used some finely diced white onion instead.

I'm eating these as I write...so very good. I had to use hamburger buns because that's all I had, also my local grocery was out of imitation crab so I bought imitation crab/shrimp and it's so delicious!!! I think I'll try this on french bread the next time as I love french bread, Thanks for sharing a keeper.

My daughter and I really enjoyed these. A very nice way to use up leftover crab. Quick, easy, and very tasty. I would definetly make these again. Thank you for sharing this great recipe.

Wonderful!!!! These little babies were awesome! I made them as written and wouldn't change a thing. These would be great on a hot summer day since you only need the broiler for about 5 min. I served them with Cabbage/Leek/Potato Soup #111758 which is just about my favorite soup!! Thanks ellie, I will be making these again and again!!

Excellent recipe!! I did not have english muffins, so I prepared on french bread. I used fresh crabmeat and my own home-grown tomatoes. Followed the recipe exactly and will definitely make this one again. Next time I will use more cayenne and a little hot pepper sauce. Thank you!!

YUM! These were SO good... we used imitation crab meat (Tom is allergic to real crab) and whole wheat muffins. YUM! The kids thought it was a little too spicy so next time we'll sprinkle it on top of those for us instead of putting it in the mix. VERY yummy! A keeper!

Terrific broiled sandwiches. I added bell pepper, celery and lemon juice as suggested by Seafood Salad #164809.

Great recipe for Friday nights or any night when time is at a premium. I used whole wheat English muffins for the base but kept the rest of the recipe the same. We really enjoyed these!

I made these last night after a suggestion by someone, and they were simple yet very good. The only change I had to make was using bagels rather than english muffins as that is what I had. Turned out terrific, and thank you for a easy meal for a weeknight that can be put together and enjoyed with very little effort. :)

ellie, this is fantastic. DH and I had these for dinner with a large salad. Instead of using the English Muffins, I had some fresh baked sourdough bread. This would be a great dinner either with salad or soup. It is quick, easy and delicious.

These are terrific. My husband and I had them for dinner last night, along with cream of mushroom soup. These are VERY easy to put together, I had dinner on the table in 20 minutes. I used a combo of cheddar and Monterey jack cheese and did add the extra on top, otherwise made as written. This recipe is going into both my 'after work' and my 'up North' cookbooks as it's so easy and versatile. Thanks for posting this keeper recipe Ellie!
