  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 9 inches pie crusts
  • 6 peaches, peeled and halved
  • 1 cup whipping cream

directions

  • mix sugar and cornstarch together and spread 3/4 of it into pie crust.
  • arrange peach halves on top, sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture.
  • pour cream evenly over peaches.
  • bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
  • reduce heat to 350 and bake an additional 40 minutes.
