Definitely a good comfort food. I love gnocchi and this recipe was very yummy! I didn't change a thing and it was perfect.

  1. Prepare gnocchi according to package directions and keep warm.
  2. Sautee onions and mushrooms until onions are translucent.
  3. Add meat and sautee until no longer pink.
  4. Add almonds and spices.
  5. Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
  6. Nuke gravy until it is hot, but not boiling.
  7. Place gnocchi on the plates, cover with meat mixture, and top off with generous helping of gravy.
  8. Eat-- enjoy!
