These noodles are wonderful if you need a quick side dish. They use ingredients you may already have in your pantry making them a great last minute dinner addition. The recipe comes from Canadian Living's Make It Tonight.
- Cook noodles in a large pot of boiling salted water until tender but still firm (about 8 min).
- Drain noodles, reserving 1/4 cup of cooking liquid.
- Return noodles to pot.
- You may moisten the noodles with reserved water if desired.
- Toss with remaining ingredients and serve.
This is a very quick and easy dish to throw together. We found the flavour lacking a bit and next time I might add some chopped up green onions or some more spices. Made for Gimme 5.
Yummy easy recipe. It's quick to prepare and requires very little ingredients. Taste nice and buttery and goes so well with whatever you plan to serve. I served with Seared Lemon Chicken and a side salad for a very a wonderful dinner. Sometimes simple can be so good. Thanks for posting. :)
