- 1 pita bread
- 4 slices deli thin roasted turkey breast
- 2 tablespoons alfalfa sprouts
- 2 slices tomatoes
- 2 slices cucumbers
- 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
- Fill pita bread half with turkey, sprouts, tomato and cucumber.
- Drizzle with dressing.
Lovely lunch ! I used roast beef cold cuts and left out the sprouts, personal preference, DH dosen't care for them. and I added some dejon mustard and used whole wheat pita and no fat ranch dressing. Very good and crunchy! thanks for posting.
