- Process raisins and apples to a paste in a food processor.
- Add peanuts and process until nuts are finely chopped.
- Transfer mixture to a bowl and with hands form mixture into a ball; split ball in half and form two bars.
- Wrap bars in plastic wrap or parchment paper and store in the refrigerator.
