- 1 large white onions or 1 large yellow onion
- 1⁄2 teaspoon bouillon, granules
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 teaspoon oleo
directions
- peel onion& gouge a hole in the top.
- fill with butter& bouillon granules.
- cover with plastic wrap.
- microwave about 10 minutes- less for smaller onions.
- Serve hot.
