This is another sri lankan recipe that goes well with pol roti and butter, or with rice and curry.
- 1 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1⁄3 cup maldive fish
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- lemon juice
- grind all ingredients together in a chopper or bowl
- Store in a covered container and use as desired.
