A crunchy onion salad thats must for all your kababs and barbeques--so easy to make.
- 2 onions, peeled n roundly sliced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 lemon, juice of
- coriander leaves
- Dip sliced onions in chilled water to make them crispy.
- When ready to serve drain the onions and mix with other ingredients.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
