I made these for a small get-together, and, while people liked them, they were just good, not great. I think they were just a little bit bland. However, they were very easy to make with ingredients I had on hand. Thanks for the recipe.

I have made this about half a dozen times since Christmas. I found out accidentally that they also freeze very well! I now have a bunch waiting for me there! Just let them thaw until easy to cut and bake for a few extra minutes. They have been a huge hit everywhere I have taken them! Thanks for sharing!

Easy to make, just takes awhile to caramelize the onions. I made 7 rolls, which was enough to bring to two parties. I like the fact you can make these in advance, just slice what you want and bake. The swiss cheese gives a nice balance to the sweet onions.

Thank you for posting. It is a very differnt appetizer, which is nice. I love onions, cheese and pretty much everything wrapped in tortillas. I used a Cabot sharp cheddar (which I love) instead of the swiss. My 17 year old son raved and loved them. Round two grew on me and I'll do it again.

Freaking Awesome!!! Made these on Thanksgiving and they were gone really quickly. Will be making them again often! I added cayenne pepper to the onions as they were cooking...wonderful!! Made for APPETIZERS - Are You Ready For the Holidays? 2008
