- 1 (2 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
- 4 potatoes, cut in chunks
- 1⁄3 cup oil
- In a 9 X 13 inch baking pan, combine all ingredients.
- Bake at 425 degrees, stirring occasionally, 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
