This is very simple to throw together in the morning for a tasty dinner that evening. It can be a little strong if you don't like a salty flavor. A friend from college gave me this recipe.
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 0.5 (2 ounce) packet dry onion soup mix
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- Mix all of the ingredients in a crock pot.
- Cook all day.
- Serve over white rice.
I thought this was a fantastic recipe. As I enjoy mushrooms, I added a can of mushrooms in addition to the soup. I did find that having this cook all day started to dry out the chicken. Next time I plan to only cook it for 6 hours to see if that helps.
