  1. In large bowl mix together ground beef, 2 tbsp of onion mix and milk.
  2. Divide into about 24 balls.
  3. Brown slowly in butter.
  4. Stir in flour, remaining onion soup mix, parsley and water.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally Over low heat.
  6. Gradually blend in sour cream, careful not to boil.
  7. Serve over cooked noodles.
