Directions

  1. Saute onion in butter until soft and golden (do not brown). Add milk, beaten eggs.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour into a greased shallow 2-quart baking dish and set in pan containing 1 inch of hot water.
  4. Bake in preheated slow oven (325 degrees) for 50 minutes, or until firm.
  5. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
  6. Cut in squares and serve hot.
