Easy, quick, very flavorful for so few ingredients. I used the Onion flavor Mrs. Dash and still used the 1 tsp minced onions called for in the recipe.

Good recipe, I only recommend more onions and cheese, that's just a personal preference!

Alhough good, I thought this tasted too salty for our tastes, but that may have been my fault as I used 1 tsp of heart salt and 1 tsp of old bay seasoning as I didn't have the seasoning salt recommended. Next time I will cut down to 1 tsp (or less) of seasoning salt and add a good sprinkling of pepper. Thanks for sharing!

I made this for lunch today and it was wonderful. I sprayed the pan with olive oil flavored Pam to save calories and I used Swiss cheese. This is a good basic omelette that you could build on and add any ingredients you like. I think next time I will add mushrooms. Thanks for a great recipe!

Excellent, basic omelet. I did use the egg substitute and precooked the onions before adding the egg mixture. Also, just because, I added chopped green chili when adding the cheese. For the seasoning, I used Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute. Served with my homemade sourdough biscuits and Stovetop Fried Apples Stove-Top Fried Apples.
