This raita is really good if on a diet. I usually take a two-serve bowl and eat this as lunch. It's filling, it's good and tastes great! Ohh real easy also, just make. The curd is not thick--it should be of free flowing consistency!
- 400 g curds (whipped and chilled)
- 1 onion (chopped in chunks)
- 1 tomatoes (chopped in chunks)
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
