      Very quick and easy to setup and the pork came out beautifully moist and tender. I thickened the broth and juices for a gravy, very flavourful! I had a very lean roast and I was in a hurry, so I didnt bother with the browning step. The six hour time seemed perfect for the roast that I had. This is a great recipe for a busy weekend day, stick it on before lunch, do stuff all day and come home to have supper ready! Thanks for posting.

      Very easy and very good. I did brown the roast for color (I don't like the way some meats come out of the crock pot looking anemic!) as suggested.Cooked it on low for 6 hours, but I think next time 5 hours would do just fine. Thanks for sharing!
