- 453.59 g lean ground turkey
- 4.92 ml minced garlic
- 12.32 ml ground cumin
- 2.46 ml salt
- 2.46 ml pepper
- 2.46 ml chili powder (more or less to taste)
- 411.06 g can chicken broth
- 538.64 g can black beans, rinsed
- 283.49 g box frozen corn kernels
- 118.29 ml uncooked parboiled white rice (converted)
- 1 mild salsa
- 236.59 ml chopped sweet onion
- 118.29 ml chopped cilantro

directions
- Heat oil in deep, large nonstick skillet over high heat.
- Add turkey and garlic and cook, stirring to break up meat, 3 to 4 minutes until browned.
- Add cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper; cook, stirring, 30 seconds.
- Stir in broth, beans, corn, rice and salsa.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 20 to 25 minutes until rice is tender.
- Remove from heat; stir in onion and cilantro.
- Serve with accompaniments.
