From Mom's notebooks
- 4 (4 ounce) pork chops
- 1 (10 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3 medium potatoes, quartered
- 4 small carrots, split lengthwise and cut in 2-inch pieces
- Brown chops in non-stick skillet. Pour off excess fat.
- Add remaining ingredients. Cover tightly and simmer 45 min or until tender.
