Simple, wonderful and very flavorful. We really enjoyed this dish, and I loved how easy it was to throw together. I used diced tomatoes with basil, etc. and omitted the basil and oregano. Also used homemade chicken stock and added about 3/4 cup water after the liquid evaporated before the noodles were cooked through. We'll have this one again! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
