  1. In a large saucepan or skillet, cook meat until no longer pink; drain.
  2. Add onion, celery and green pepper; cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  3. Add worcestershire sauce, salt, if desired, basil and pepper.
  4. Stir in noodles, beans, tomatoes, water and bouillon.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.

This is a very tasty dish. Quick and easy to prepare. I made it as posted. You get a nice portion of about 1 1/4 cups. You can make changes with what you have on hand. Like red peppers or different beans. I served it with a salad and recipe #272806. Thanks Dancer for posting.
