One Pot Chicken Parmesan Casserole from

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag egg noodles
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 12 cup parmesan cheese
  • 12 cup milk
  • 1 (1 lb) bag frozen broccoli florets (or vegetable of your choice)


  1. Saute chicken cubes in sauce pan (or boil if frozen and then cube) and set aside.
  2. Boil bag of egg noodles (in chicken broth for more flavor) and drain.
  3. Add the chicken, soup, Parmesan cheese, milk and bag of frozen veggies.
  4. Heat until broccoli is done, about 20 minutes, and serve.
