Really good - I normally don't like to eat leftovers, but I've been eating this for 4 days and I'm still not tired of it!

What a surprise to find out how great this chili was. I did add a can of Mexican diced tomatoes with chili's to give it a little heat, but otherwise followed the recipe. My husband loved it also.
MMMM, this was especially good after sitting for 24 hours. Loved the colors. I will definately make this again.
This was posted at my meeting last week. The point values and vegetables intrigued me, so I made it. This chili is delicious and hearty. I had some yellow and orange peppers that were going to go bad, so I added those too. Delicious and very colorful. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
