One Pan Salsa Cheesy Beef and Macaroni

I got this recipe from Kraft Canada, but I forgot to write down the title...my apologies to Kraft for renaming their dish. Whatever you call it, it's tasty and easy, and reheats well.

This was easy and everyone liked it. To add some thickness we did add milk after the initial water and I added some hot sauce since the pasta and beef really took the edge off the salsa.

  1. Brown and drain hamburg.
  2. Add water and salsa.
  3. Add noodles. Simmer until tender, about 10 minutes. You may need to add a bit more water.
  4. Add cheese pouch.
  5. Add frozen corn and heat through, about 5 minutes.
  6. Add shredded cheese.
