I made a rough version of this tonight. I used a whole cut up chicken and omitted the potatoes. I also didn't measure anything, just drizzled with the dressing and sprinkled with parmesan and italian seasoning. My son gobbled it down. It will definitely be made again. I loved how simple it was.

This was an ok dish. We felt that the zingy taste was a bit too strong. The chicken was very tender though.

Great way to make a one pot meal in the oven! I used thick chicken breasts so I only needed to bake for about 20 minutes, so I nuked the spuds in the microwave to get them going so they would be done in time with the chicken. Awesome recipe I plan on making much more often!

Very tasty and very quick - great for a busy weeknight dinner! The chicken turned out very moist. Thanks for sharing!

I thought this was good with a little bit of zip -- the kids didn't care much for the Italian flavor but then again ..... my user name says it all - right? 2PickyKids is an understatement ;-)

A fantastic recipe which we both enjoyed: half way through cooking, I realised I needed to add just a WEE bit of water/stock, or liquid of some kind - not much, but just enough for the potatoes to cook down a bit! So, I added about 2 tablespoons of white wine which was lurking in the fridge!! But, I could have used water or stock as well. The flavours were fantastic - I had a bottle of French Brand Italian dressing, which I am sure is similar to Kraft.....and the addition of the parmesan cheese was a nice touch. We ate this with steamed carrots and leeks for a very tasty lunch time meal - I WILL be making this again. I would have given 5 stars, but I DO think it might need just a bit of liquid added, mainly for the spuds! But an excellent recipe other than that! Thanks Jen's Kitchen for posting a real winner! FT:-)

Chicken was too dry and it was fairly flavorless. Could use garlic and red pepper flakes or something to wake it up. Won't make again.
