Nasi lemak is a national favourite among Malaysians,any time,any where. It is a Malay dish usually consumed during breakfast. Generous portions are individually packed for picnics, as a snack, or meals. Normally it is served with fried peanuts and sliced cucumber with half a hard boiled egg and SAMBAL IKAN BILIS (ANCHOVIES IN HOT SAUCE).
