- 236.59 ml butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 453.59 g pork sausage, sage flavored
- 236.59 ml carrot, grated
- 236.59 ml celery, chopped
- 236.59 ml pecans, chopped
- 236.59 ml mushroom, chopped
- 236.59 ml black olives, sliced
- 4.92 ml poultry seasoning
- 411.06 g can fat-free low-sodium chicken broth
- 118.29 ml butter, sliced
- 2839.08 ml bread cubes, seasoned
directions
- In large skillet, melt 1 cup butter.
- Saute in butter until slightly tender onion, carrot, celery, pecans, mushrooms, black olives, and poultry seasoning.
- In large bowl, gently combine skillet contents with bread cubes.
- Drizzle with chicken broth.
- Place stuffing mixture in large greased glass casserole.
- Top with butter slices and cover with foil, refrigerating overnight.
- Bake at 375° covered for 45 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes.
