My Mum's standby chocolate frosting recipe. Very easy, very tasty! Hope you enjoy!

  1. Stir all ingredients in a thick bottomed saucepan over low heat until well dissolved.
  2. Bring to a boil and boil for exactly one minute.
  3. Remove from heat and continue to stir until thickened.

This recipe worked out really well! i admit i only tried it because i didn't have any powdered sugar in the house, and i was a little worried when i first took it off the heat. but it thickened up and tasted soooo good on mysterygirl's 1 pan fudge cake.
