This turned out great!! Just what I was looking for. DH requested chipotles instead of the serranos next time - very simple variation there!! i did let it cook much longer to let the flavors blend a bit so I added an extra cup of broth. This was really good. I didn't have bulgur wheat, so I used quinoa, but other than that I stuck tot he recipe and it came out extremely tasty and spicy.
