A one dish meal.
- 1 can 98% fat free broccoli cheese soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup raw wild rice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces frozen vegetables, italian blend thawed
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Coat a 2 quart shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
- Mix together all ingredients well and place in prepared dish.
- Cover and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Check for doneness of chicken and rice.
