I liked this because of its simplicity and taste. The chicken was very moist and tender. All I added was some cranberry sauce and it was like a mini Christmas dinner!! Glad you shared this Rececca.

Very fast to prepare. Good taste but I thought it a little bland/lack of color. Cranberries or peas/corn addition would be good. Or maybe a sprinkle of cheddar cheese on top of the chicken?

This was soooooooo good.....and easy too. I ALSO served it with cranberry sauce. I used precooked, chicken that I had simmered in water and seasonings, for an hour and a half in a big pot the night before. (Will the chicken be done in 35 min. without precooking? I am not sure because I still cooked it the 35 min.) But, then I only had to throw it in the pan! We thought it was DELICIOUS...thank you for sharing it!

Quick and easy. The whole family loved it - even the 5 yr old who is a particularly picky eater! We even tried it with pork loins.

This was really good and very simple to throw together on a week night. I added corn and used cream of chicken soup and it came out great. I am definitely going to hold onto this one!

Very quick and easy recipe. Whole family enjoyed it (including 2 yo and 5 yo). I had to cook it for almost an hour to get the chicken cooked through.

Yummy! Really easy and tasty...the whole family loved it. I used milk because that's what I had, but I think sour cream would be even better, thanks for the recipe:)

I really enjoyed this dish and I know I'll be making it again. I followed the recipe as closely as I could (with what I had on hand). These were the changes I wound up having to make... I used a 13 1/2 x 10 baking dish, and it still turned out fine, imho. I only had turkey Stove Top (which doesn't have a seasoning packet, btw) and it smelled and tasted great. I didn't want to dirty up a bunch of bowls, so I heated the water in a 2-cup measuring cup, put that in the pan and added the butter. When it melted, I poured in the stuffing mix and mixed it all up. I mixed the sour cream and soup in the same measuring cup. When the stuffing had absorbed all the water, I just pushed it off to the sides of the pan and followed the rest of the recipe as stated. One measuring cup, one spoon and one baking dish... clean up was a breeze! Thanks for sharing such a great meal!!

I was looking for something easy to just throw into the oven a couple of weeks ago, and this worked nicely! I followed the recipe as stated, except for adding some onion powder and mushrooms. Everyone including my 3 and almost 6 year old ate it up. Thanks for sharing!

Quick and easy, plus the family enjoyed it. What more can you ask for?? :) I used milk and it was a little runny. I think the sour cream would do better. I also cut the butter in half and used the new whole wheat stuffing to make it a tad healthier. It was still very good. Thanks for posting a recipe that got me out of a tight spot! ;)

Very nice, easy and tasty. I prepared just 2 LARGE chicken breasts and the full amount of stuffing amd sauce. (The stuffing I mixed with warmed chicken broth). I also added about 5-6 shakes of red pepper sauce, for just a tad of heat. The 2 of us enjoyed the meal - and Tom (Dog)LOVED the leftovers ! Thanks, Rebecca

Talk about FAST & tasty! I needed something I could make & bake quickly and this fit the bill. We all thought it was delicious to boot, real comfort food! I could see where some people might find this salty, but it was perfect for us. I used the full amount of sour cream & added a bit of milk to make it more "gravy like". Next time, I'll make some mashed potatoes & cranberry sauce to go along with it. Mmmmm, we'll be making this one often!! Thanks Rebecca!

I made this last night, I browned the chicken while the stuffing cooked. My teemage boys and my husband loved it. I do not like stuffing, so I simply did not eat that part. It was great and so easy. Clean up was a breeze.

This is a wonderful easy comfort food dish. Serve with salad or vegtable and you are done. I used both milk and sour cream with the soup. I also seasoned the chicken with garlic & pepper. I used roasted garlic and mushroom soup. The chicken actually fell apart. I served mine with mashed potatoes and spooned the sauce over the potatoes & had a salad. My company thought it was amazing and hubby wanted to make sure I would make it again.

This was delicious and soo easy! It did take longer to cook though, (about 45 minutes in all) but my chicken breasts were very large. I also added some craisins to the stuffing mix and it really looked pretty and tasted great! Next time I think I'll try cream of chicken soup with the sour cream. Thanks Rebecca for quick comfort food for a week night!
