I like to eat this as I'm heading out in the morning, or sometimes as a snack. It's quick and nutritious and will fill you up till your mid-morning snack, bananas supply a lot of energy!
- Turn a non stick frying pan on med. high, and toss your tortilla in to warm up and crisp up for 1-2 minutes. You can flip it over if you want to. (Optional! You can just use your tortilla cold, or even microwave it for a couples seconds. I like it toasty.).
- Peel your banana.
- Spread the peanut butter on one half of the tortilla.
- Roll up your banana in the tortilla starting from the peanut butter side.
