I cut the recipe by half and added crumbled sausage. I was told this is the best breakfast I've ever made.

great flavor and texture! puffed up nicely, then settled as it cooled. tasted wonderful. I used half cheddar half pepper jack which was a great success.

I made this for breakfast today and we really enjoyed it. I made half the recipe with no problems. It really tastes like a souffle. It was very easy to put together and I baked for 50 minutes. This recipe would be great for a holiday breakfast! Thanks for posting!
