- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup cream
- 3 tablespoons dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Add After Cooking
- 1⁄4 cup apple cider vinegar, heated separately
- Scald cream in double-boiler, then add all the other ingredients EXCEPT the vinegar.
- Cook in microwave in one minute increments until sauce is thick.
- Add heated vinegar.
