I love coffee and I adore cardamom. This was perfect for me. The cloves are a nice pairing with the cardamom. The only change to your recipe was to add a little sugar. Thank you for sharing a recipe that I will enjoy again. Made for NA/ME Feb. Sun & Spice Event 2013.
I have made this for the second (and this time correctly) time. I made just 1 cup for myself using 1.5 tsp cardamom, 1 clove and adding a sprinkle of Splenda. The cardamom is lovely giving the coffee and added warmth of flavor with the clove. The saying "Spice is Nice" is true and this is a very good example of that.
