ingredients

• 453.59 g zucchini, grated
• 2 onions, chopped
• 226.79 g Baby Spinach, chopped thin strips
• 2 chicken thighs
• 1419.54 ml chicken broth
• 4.92 ml cumin
• 118.29 ml brown rice
• 44.37 ml butter
• 4.92 ml salt
• 4.92 ml pepper

directions

1. add chicken.
2. add rice.
3. add broth add seasoning
4. simmer 40 minutes debone and chunk chicken
5. in another pan saute onions in butter til golden add zucchini cook
6. then add spinach cook just until wilted add to soup serve.
