  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes, then pour into glasses and serve.

Yum! I used rice milk, vanilla yogurt and frozen mango. Great!

Was too chunky for me, I would have prefered a smoother consistency. Wasn't sweet enough, either, I ended up adding some juicy juice to make it enjoyable.

What a wonderful breakfast drink this was, I really enjoyed it. This mango lassi was rich, thick, creamy and very fruity. I especially loved the tang that the yoghurt gave to the lassi. Thanks so much for sharing Katia.
