What a great change to using just black olives. Full of flavour and very popular here. Thanks for posting.

I just made and posted a pic. I love olives, so this is just what I needed for my olive fix. I served it along side some Ritz whole wheat crackers. It sure was tasty! I used 1/4 c. of oil, and put it in without thinking all at once, and I think next time I will put in a little less, and there will be a next time... Delish! Thanks LeeAnn :D

I made this for New Years Eve and everyone loved it. I actually served it with garlic toast crisps and it dissapeared quickly.

I layered some jalapeno & herb wraps with this spread, then added some salami, ham and feta cheese. I rolled them up, sliced them and they were absolutely delicious! The spread has a great flavor to it. Thanks for posting.

This was really really good! I had some almond stuffed green olives to use, and it gave it a nice taste and texture. Took just a couple of minutes to whip this up. Thank you for sharing this!

Terrific spread! I love olive spreads and I particularly liked the mix of green and black olives in this one. I just used generic grocery store olives, as that's what I had on hand, and it was still delicious. Next time I'll try it with the good imported olives and see if it's even better. Thanks for this keeper!
