This is wonderful! We did half black olives and half kalamata. The raw garlic is pretty strong but once you roast it in the oven to melt the cheese, it mellows the flavor. Definitely going to become a regular tapas menu item for us!

  1. In a food processor blend oil, nuts, and garlic.
  2. Add olives and blend until smooth.
  3. Spread on baguette slices and top with a slice of mozzarella cheese.
  4. Broil until melted.
