A great dressing with lettuce, scallions, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes... Crush some thin flat breads on top, to add a "crunch". The dressing makes quite a lot so store in the refrigerator. Just let mix again with a fork before using.
- Place all ingredients together.
- Blend with a hand blender.
This really didn't do it for me. I found it a bit too bland. I added some balsamic vinegar and that helped quite a bit. Also a dash of hot sauce.
